Mr. Sudhir Zaware ,an engineering graduate and alumnus of Bharathi Vidyapeeth, has over two decades of rich experience in Design and Project Management in the field of e-security and has expertise in Business Management, Finance etc. He has been associated with the Company since its inception as Director to spearhead the company to aggrandization. He has worked with various esteemed organizations like Siemens, Race-Sauter, Autocop Security Solutions & Ngenox Pvt. Ltd. at Senior Management levels and has bagged more than 100 projects in his tenure.

He is also experienced in 21 CFR part11 validations for pharmaceutical projects and SIEMENS AG has certified him for the validation of building Management System in Good Automated Manufacturing Practices followed in health care industry.

Gauri Zaware
Director

Mrs.Gauri Zaware ,is a qualified HR with Master’s degree in Human Resource from Mumbai University, having specialization in human resource management. She has over a decade of experience in Marketing and Human resource. She has joined the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from September, 2018. She has rendered her expertise to multiple industries viz. IT, retail, automobile and manufacturing.

A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element. Having complete understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives with excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations. Diligent and firm with high ethical standards.

A certified trainer, having performance managed of over 500 employees in companies like Mahindra & Mahindra, HyperCity (K Raheja Group), Protolab Electrotechnology.
