Mr. Sudhir Zaware,(Director) an engineering graduate and alumnus of Bharati Vidyapeeth, brings over 20 years of distinguished experience in design, project management, and e-security. As a Director since inception, he has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and strategic direction.

Certified by Siemens AG, Mr. Zaware specializes in 21 CFR Part 11 compliance and Building Management System validation aligned with Good Automated Manufacturing Practices (GAMP) in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.

Mrs. Gauri Zaware

Director

Mrs. Gauri Zaware, a Human Resources professional with a Master’s degree from Mumbai University, brings over a decade of experience across HR and marketing. She joined the Board of Directors in September 2018 and has contributed her expertise across diverse sectors including IT, retail, automobile, and manufacturing.

A certified trainer, she has successfully managed performance for over 500 employees and has been associated with leading organizations such as Mahindra & Mahindra, HyperCity (K Raheja Group), and Protolab Electrotechnology.

With over 28 years of industry experience and a distinguished tenure as Head of Sales – Lifecycle Business at Siemens, Vinod Gupta brings extensive expertise in strategic leadership, business development, and customer engagement. His deep industry knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and customer-centric approach will be instrumental in driving sustainable growth and strengthening our strategic initiatives as we continue to expand our business.

Mr. Ganesh Pralhad Pathak

With 30 years of rich and diverse industry experience, Ganesh Pralhad Pathak brings strong technical expertise and extensive leadership in project execution and operations across India. He has successfully managed projects across diverse sectors, including Industrial, Hospitality, Banking, Pharma, Oil & Gas, FMCG, Government, IT, Data Centers, International Airports, Telecom, and the Bombay High Court.

Known for his technical acumen, hands-on leadership, and commitment to operational excellence, Ganesh is a key member of the Prudent family, playing an instrumental role in driving successful execution and delivering complex projects with precision and efficiency.
